The 8-week course is divided into the following three parts:

Part 1 (available Tuesday, Sept. 17, at 9 a.m. ET): Get acquainted with the Food for Life program, the various available curricula, current methodology for delivering the classes, and the science behind the nutrition topics covered in the curricula. Also, prepare for media training opportunities.


Part 2 (available Tuesday, Oct. 1, at 9 a.m. ET): Learn about the administrative functions of the Food for Life program and delve into business planning and how-tos of marketing and delivering top-notch classes. Additionally, explore entrepreneurship aspects and learn about our program partners.


Part 3 (available Tuesday, Oct. 22, at 9 a.m. ET): Continue expanding your nutrition education, grow your cultural competency, and put lessons learned into practice by conducting a live cooking demonstration.
